VanDam and Kruzinga (1-800-493-8673) may be contacted to assist with the following:
- Water: Broken pipes, ice dams, failed water lines to fridges, sewage back-ups, etc.
- Board Ups: Secure windows, doors, roofs from wind damage, vandalism, etc.
- Fire Response: Board-ups, temp power, emergency winterizations, etc.
NON EMERGENCY - Contact Board Member
Things like siding damage, sprinkler issues, outside drainage problems, or anything outside of your interior walls.......call Board member.

Eaves troughs are designed to take most of the water away from the structure that they are attached to. If you see something that looks like this regularly, where the water exceeds the drainage capability it could be an obstruction, let us know and we will check it out.
