WHO DO I CALL FOR WHAT ISSUE??

Contact Board to assist with your emergency.

VanDam and Kruzinga (1-800-493-8673) may be contacted to assist with the following:

  1. Water:  Broken pipes, ice dams, failed water lines to fridges, sewage back-ups, etc.
  2. Board Ups:  Secure windows, doors, roofs from wind damage, vandalism, etc.
  3. Fire Response:  Board-ups, temp power, emergency winterizations, etc.

STREET LIGHT OUTAGES

Please contact Julie Farman at jfarman@comcast.net or 810-252-3770 to report the outage.  Indiana Michigan Power will then be contacted and repair generally takes 5-7 days.  

CALENDAR ADDITIONS

A few facts about eaves troughs

Eaves troughs are designed to take most of the water away from the structure that they are attached to. If you see something that looks like this regularly, where the water exceeds the drainage capability it could be an obstruction, let us know and we will check it out.
